A Columbus, Ohio native, Mia is currently completing a Business Administration degree at Ohio Dominican University. After interning with EMS in 2024 and 2025, she returned to the team as Partnership Activation Coordinator, where a passion for partnerships, relationship-building, and live events first took shape. In this role, Mia helps bring corporate partnerships to life through the implementation and activation of sponsorships at the Ohio State Fair, Columbus Jazz & Rib Fest, and Soul Fest, ensuring each partner has a successful and memorable experience. Excited to continue growing in the events industry, Mia enjoys collaborating with partners and contributing to experiences that connect brands with the community.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending time with family and friends and is always looking for an excuse to bake something new.
