OhioHealth, the parent company of over three dozen top-rate hospitals and health care facilities located throughout Ohio, was launching a large state-of-the-art healthcare facility focused on brain, nervous system, and behavioral health. OhioHealth was in need of a way to showcase the new facility to consumers, community and business leaders, healthcare professionals and elected officials in a memorable and seamless fashion.
OhioHealth secured the EMS team to provide a crew of energetic, personable, and trained Brand Ambassadors to guide an in depth tour and behind-the-scenes look at this highly acclaimed healthcare and research facility. EMS hand selected 30 Brand Ambassadors who were quick learners to lead groups throughout the five floors of research labs, clinics, and patient care rooms. A Field Marketing Supervisor worked hand-in-hand with OhioHealth staff on site to shift team resources where they were needed based on traffic flow and guest interest. After a training program, the EMS team toured visitors on two separate days-one for VIPs and the second for the general public.
